Leaving a review for them on here too, just trying to make sure people know who they are dealing with when dealing with this company. This is from Neal, the owner and CEO of the company himself. If I could give zero stars, I would. Since moving into our rental in October with my girlfriend and our newborn, we have experienced ongoing issues with the property. While we were initially offered a rent credit to address some of these problems—and accepted it—the offer was later rescinded. This pattern happened more than once, including offers of $500 and $150 that were both withdrawn. Neal initially presented himself as willing to help resolve the issues, but that effort was short-lived. Since then, communication has been difficult, and multiple property concerns remain unaddressed. After the rent credit was taken back, my attempts to follow up were ignored. When I mentioned that I had spoken with an attorney regarding the situation, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. We were just told we’re welcome to move out. As tenants, we simply expected clear communication, follow-through, and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Based on both our situation and similar concerns expressed in other reviews, I cannot recommend this company. 0 out of 5 stars.
