With over 45 years of experience in commercial real estate, Stephen Dombrovski brings aunmatched insight and leadership to Meta Realty. As the former co-owner of Suntide Commercial Realty, Steve helped shape the Minnesota commercial landscape through ground-up development, redevelopment, land sales, and the renovation and sale of countless high-value properties.

His career spans executive leadership roles at GABBERT & BECK and MEPC American Properties, where he managed and leased prominent regional malls and specialty centers, including the iconic Apache Mall in Rochester and Edina’s Galleria and Centennial Lakes Plaza.

Steve is more than a real estate veteran — he’s a visionary. As a founding member and Hall of Fame inductee of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, his influence stretches across decades of commercial evolution. He serves as a board member for a century-old community bank, holds multiple ICSC certifications (CSM, CRX, CMD), and is a Real Estate Condemnation Commissioner for Hennepin County.
